What we collect when you contact Virtuafied Solutions, and how we use it.

Virtuafied Solutions is a development agency based in the Philippines. We build WordPress websites, custom web apps and AI automations for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. This policy covers this website and the information you send us through it.

When you request a free consultation, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, your email, your business name if you add it, the service you're interested in, and the problem you describe.
With each request, our website also stores your IP address, your browser's user agent (the type of browser and device you use) and the page you sent the form from. We use these only to keep the form secure and to spot spam.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial details.
Your information is for our internal use only. We use it to:
schedule your free consultation
reach you with answers to your questions
send you future promotions and discounts, if you agree
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Our website doesn't use cookies to track visitors, and we don't use analytics or advertising tools. WordPress sets cookies only when our team logs in to manage the site.
We don't embed videos, maps or other content from other websites.
We only share your information with the services that run our website and email, and only so they can do that job. Our web hosting provider stores the website and the requests you send through it, and our email provider carries our emails to you.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
We're based in the Philippines and work with clients worldwide. Your information may be stored and handled in the Philippines and in the countries where our hosting and email providers keep their servers.
We keep consultation requests for up to 12 months after our last conversation. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. If you receive our promotions, we keep your email address until you ask us to stop.
You can ask us to stop sending promotions at any time. Reply to any of our emails, or write to [email protected], and we'll take you off the list.
To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email [email protected] or use our contact page.
You can also ask us to stop using your information for promotions, or object to how we use it. If you're in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you these rights, and you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Only our team can see your requests. They're stored in our website's admin area, which is protected by a password. We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you or to build profiles.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
